Toshi X Shidokan

"Toshi" is Japanese and translates to "fighting spirit," arguably the most important ingredient when forming a champion. The Shidokan of the World Karate Association has already produced countless great champions and they all have one thing in common: an irrepressible fighting spirit.

When I first competed in the Shidokan Triathlon World Championships in Chicago nearly 30 years ago, I had only one thing in my luggage that would help me in my quest to become a true champion: fighting spirit.

This Rashguard is dedicated to the most important feature of a fighter in Shidokan and as a winner
